Application Process

A few steps to living in a
great Sacramento apartment.

  1. Check available listings

    See our listings for a unit that you’d like. We have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

  2. Apply For Unit

    Submit an application for the unit. If you qualify, we would be happy to rent to you.

  3. Sign and return lease

    If you qualify, we will send you a lease to review, sign, and return.

  4. Pay security deposit

    We ask for tenants to pay a security deposit to cover potential damages. Our deposits are lower than market rate.

  5. Prove Renter’s Insurance

    We do not maintain insurance to cover your personal belongings or personal injury. You are required to purchase rental insurance.

  6. Move In!

    Once your move in date arrives, enjoy! We’re excited to have you staying in one of our properties!
